中学校吹奏楽部でトランペットを始める。
甲陽音楽学院を卒業後、Tb谷口知巳氏が主宰する「京都コンポーザーズジャズオーケストラ」に加入し、国内外の様々なアーティストと共演。
同時に自己のリーダーバンドを率い、ライブハウス等で精力的に演奏活動を展開している。
